Reflections Of Modern Day Society

I captured this photo while hiking along a stream that runs adjacent to my property. It made me wonder about the changes in our environment due to the modernization of our society, and what effect those changes will have upon the future of our children.

Fishing For Fun

I worry that in the years to come, due to pollution and a lack of caring, our natural waters will no longer hold the promise of  the simple pleasures of fishing. Fishing is such a relaxing therapeutic outdoor activity. One which allows us to be at one with nature, while at the same time, with any skill and or luck, allowing us to on occasion catch our own dinner.  ><(((º>
