Black Bears

This capture is of a Black Bear that decided to take a walk through a construction zone at a local ski resort ( Snow Shoe Mountain, WV ). I find the Black Bears to be beautiful creatures, who are running out of their own natural habitats, thus resulting in more and more sightings by people on personal properties.

The last picture being one I took of a Black Bear who was part of an exhibit, and on display at a local wildlife game preserve near my home. He lived out his entire life at this game preserve and was perhaps "unofficially" one of the largest black bears in my state. Weighing in at well over 650 lbs.
